Marinéo Handi is the Transport Service for People with Reduced Mobility Marinéo Handi is the Transport Service for People with Reduced Mobility (TSPRM). The TSPRM service is an additional Marinéo service for people who cannot use the network. This service is reserved for residents of the 22 municipalities of the Boulogne urban area. Holders of the Mobility Inclusion Card (Carte Mobilité Inclusion CMI) "Invalidity" card are not subject to this requirement. The service provides 2 return tickets per week. Medical or paramedical journeys are not priority.
